1st STAGE MC9

• The 1st stage has a very modern overcompensated membrane but, at the same time, easy to maintain, very robust and reliable.
• The thickness of the body walls have been optimized to minimize its weight (380 g). A semi-flexible elastomer sheath protects the 1st stage from bumps and erosions.
• HP seat in AISI316 stainless steel. Apart from the possibility of replacement in case of deterioration when performing maintenance, the composition of the seat, much harder than the traditional brass of fixed seats, prolongs its useful life since it better resists the deforming action of the metallic particles that can be introduced coming from the bottle.
• Polyurethane valve with high mechanical resistance, to oils and hyperoxic mixtures.
• The hypercompensation of the mechanism guarantees a slight increase in the intermediate pressure as the pressure in the cylinder decreases. The regulator therefore provides its highest level of performance in the final phase of the dive, without a doubt the most critical.
• An advanced study of the internal air circulation and an exclusive distribution chamber that channels the air volume directly to the LP outlets have allowed the pressure drop in forced breaths to be reduced to minimum levels (0.5 bar), guaranteeing use with high benefits in any situation.
• Optional SC (Sealed Chamber) insulation and anti-freeze kit that completely isolates the membrane and the spring from contact with water, making it ideal for operating in extremely low temperature conditions and with very dirty water.
• Particularly effective filter in the shape of a hat inserted without the need for a circlip.

2nd STAGE XS COMPACT

• New ultra simplified second stage in monocoque in ABS + elastomer, very small (6 cm in diameter), very light (145 g) with a mechanism and construction studied to obtain the minimum number of components and great robustness.
• The specific calibration of the inhalation mechanism slightly changes the air delivery for an abundant flow without the need to exploit the Venturi effect. This feature gives it a slight tendency to continuous flow on the surface or during the placement of the equipment in the water, ideal for schools and rentals, octopus and double regulator. The performance results place it, however, above regulators considered higher-end.
• Perforation of the asymmetric front cover. The flow of water begins to push the membrane counterclockwise so that its retraction occurs perfectly in plane and the cam descends progressively and in perfect perpendicularity, regardless of the conditions (current, sudden movements, any position of the face, etc.) .
• Particularly reduced exhalation effort without reducing the thickness of the membrane. The design of the membrane retention system directs the flow 100% directed towards the nozzles of the mustache, benefiting from a powerful Venturi effect that, in addition, helps direct the bubbles away from the diver's field of vision. The recessed membrane to prevent water seepage in the event of sudden turns or when jumping from the boat into the water.
• Virtually integral purge button, 80 to 400% greater than any other regulator on the market to facilitate the purge maneuver, especially in inexperienced divers.
• Assembly system of the lid by means of a 30º bayonet turn, ensures a very simple and safe assembly-disassembly, even for cleaning sand on the beach and without the need for tools.
• Aging by use, is reduced thanks to the finish of the carcass, the result of applying a new technology to the mold that achieves a nuanced appearance based on a micro-texture with rounded profiles.
