The carabiner, also known as Bolt-Snaps, are also made of stainless steel - also the springs and bolts. The Double-Elender has a practical length of 120mm. The bolt snap is DIR conform, has a large eye and also a total length of 120mm. This means that these two Bolt-Snaps are easy to use for both warm waters and thick gloves in cold waters
