Halcyon Carbon Fiber Pro + Harness

The carbon fiber backplate is a very welcome announcement from technical diving company Halcyon. This new backplate is significantly lighter than contemporary backplates, with a solid carbon fiber construction that doesn’t compromise on strength.

Where a standard backplate might weigh six pounds for a steel model, or five pounds for an aluminum version, the new Halcyon carbon fiber backplate clocks in at just around two pounds. This new backplate built of the modern material is a welcome reduction in the weight needed to travel with.

There are two options of harness, standard secure or quick-adjust, choose it in the drop down menu. Also the hardware can be choose between aluminium or stainless steel.
