This strength is based on an internal frame (we called subframe), which is located just beneath the surface of the silicon rubber jacket (patent pending). This subframe provides not only an incredible strength and stability, but also makes the massive outer plastic frame, as is required with other masks unnecessary. The lenses of the mask are mounted in a stainless steel holder, which gives the nose the protection area of the screen added strength. A wide field of view and an excellent fit to complete this combination of functionality, style and durability.
